Appointment in October with the exhibition curated by Emilia Petruccelli and Domitilla Dardi, who announces an open call for designers and producers.
Edit Napoli returns for its third edition from 29 to 31 October. And it does so with a project hosted in the spaces of the Complesso Monumentale di San Domenico Maggiore and in some of the symbolic places of Neapolitan and Mediterranean culture.
The exhibition curated by Emilia Petruccelli and Domitilla Dardi, which in 2020 presented more than 60 international exhibitors, is back with an open call for independent designers, design authors and publishers, creators and producers to be part of the selection. As a note on the project states: "exhibitors at EDIT Napoli 2021 will bring to the public of professionals and non-experts, products and projects that favour quality over quantity, territoriality over globalisation and those that make the transparent supply chain one of their strong points."
In October, a panel of experts made up of the Italian designers Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin - Formafantasma, the French interior and furniture designer Dorothée Meilichzon, the creators of Sight Unseen in New York, Monica Khemsurov and Jill Singer, and the web director of ELLE Decor Italia - Alessandro Valenti, will meet to choose the best new projects of 2021. The parameters for the selection: intelligent design, deep respect for cultural heritage and a well-calibrated price.
Other new features of Edit Napoli 2021 include ATLANTE, a research tool for buyers, enthusiasts, architects, curators and others, which from spring onwards will allow them to explore the world of international editorial and designer design.
